You might have better luck if you did a search 
engine search for "Boogiepop 
Phantom"+"review". ;o) I haven't seen it myself, 
but I know people who enjoy it very much. It's 
often compared to Lain, although some others will 
compare it to Vampire Princess Miyu. The 
consensus seems to be that it's moody and dark 
and cerebral-- Right Stuf has licensed it in the 
US if you live here, so you might try it and see 
if you like it enough to collect from it. Or you 
might just enjoy the artwork on its own. ^_~
