Hi everyone,

I suspect the answer to this one is simply "You 
learn via experience", but how did you all learn 
what sort of prices the cels you are interested 
in are worth when you are looking to buy them?

I'm happy to learn gradually as I go but I'm 
always wary about the possibility of offending 
people by offering ridiculously low prices when I 
only have a small amount of experience from 
looking at places like Yahoo Japan and cel 
vendors. Of course ( naturally ) the other 
concern is offering people insanely high prices 
due to ignorance on my part.

So in short, if any of you had any particular 
resources you looked at other than what I've 
listed above to get a good handle on prices in 
order to confidently make reasonable offers, I'd 
really appreciate knowing!
