I received my Kurama cel in today (picture below)
and although he looks great, I noticed that there
is an extra layer over the main cel that is mainly
a black outline cel.  Now, is that common for cels
to have those extra line outline layers?  I had
one other cel that had it.
Also, it was not stuck to the cel layer.  I have
heard that cels like to stick together.  So I
stuck a section of a cel bag in between.  Was that
a good choice to make?  Any tips?  Thanks for your
help.
