So first of all... I have NO clue what or who 
this is besides the fact that it's from Ranma. 
Bought it cause I just thought the image was too 
funny. It's an #A-16 sequence cel and comes with 
it's matching unstuck color pencil sketch.

I'll be letting this go since it's not my main 
series that I collect... Email me if you have 
interest in this cel. Otherwise I'll just ebay it 
after this weekend.
