I dont think AWS will sell overseas unless you go 
through their deputy bank service.  As for AWS 
auctions on Yahoo Japan, its a whole different 
group running that, so they let international 
bidders bid.  Now, combining AWS site orders with 
AWS YJ orders isn't possible. I got them to do it 
several times, but, I normally get warnings that 
in the future I cant...HAHA
