AWS is easy to deal with, as they will conduct 
sales in English.  But if you use some Japanese, 
they'll be at least a little more comfortable.  
Anyway, I order from them a lot, whether it be 
from their site or auctions.  So if you have a 
specific cel that you're looking at, I can give 
you some advice and extra stuff to know how to 
order from them.  =)
