Someone told me that I shouldn't have posted THAT 
cel. He does have yellow eyes, and that would 
take it out of the catagory. 

If his eyes were blue, then yes, this would be a 
monochromatic cel. It is a night scene, but it is 
also monochromatic. I can give you an example of 
the type of cel that might be *mistaken* for  
truely monochromatic:

Those cels have a lot of other colors other than 
what it seems. But as far as the one I posted, if 
his eyes weren't yellow, that would be a true 
monochromatic cel. I know what you're talking 
about with this completely, I just don't want 
people to read it and think that all their night 
time scene cels aren't monochromatic. *sweatdrop*
