I have seen this cel attempted to be sold as a 
Kenshin OP several times:

As you can see, this IS NOT a Kenshin OP cel.  
I've double checked all the openers and 
closers.  I've contacted the seller, telling 
them that this "rare" OP cel is indeed NOT an OP 
cel.  The seller then contacted Animegame.com 
and they gave him the following email: 

"this is indeed OP cel, you will need to check 
the
Japanese version of Kenshin DVDs, not US ones, 
trust
me, I have watched the OP just not too long ago 
at DVD
display at K-Books in Ikebukuro, Tokyo Japan."

As far as I know, and I'm pretty much willing to 
say I'm POSITIVE, the OPENERS ARE THE SAME in 
the English DVDs and the Japanese DVDs.  I have 
VERY old fansubs of Kenshin that were taped off 
the Japanese DVDs and the openers are IDENTICAL. 

Why would Animegame.com lie?
