Well, that bit is actually 2 seperate sentences 
which is probably what's confusing all the 
translators--you have 1/2 of another sentence 
attached to another one.  The first sentence 
says that the seller is (generously) giving the 
high bidder a hand towel as a free bonus gift 
just for winning.  The second sentence is cut 
off, but it seems to have to do with shipping or 
other charges as far as I can guess...
