I just received this cute Chibi Usa cel, but I 
have a question...it came in this Toei Animation 
folder (which is sealed), should I open it, or 
leave it in the folder? It says it's a BOOK 
cel...if that matters. If I take it out of the 
folder will that decrease the value?
