Hi guys!

After getting tired of paying high prices and 
weary out on looking for dream cels, I'm turning 
to a fan cel just for this one. Because I know 
for my entire years of cel collecting, I won't be 
able to have it. :~

Now, seeking a good fan cel artist or any 
recommendations? Preferably, with past works of 
the artist recommended would be good. ^_^

I have seen gorgeous works done by several on 
this forum and wish to have something done 
similar to mine.
