well, I broke - I went to Animaxis tonight and
purchased a few cels ^-^.  Now I'm really broke -
I also just gave some money to my friend who is
going to Japan tomorrow to purchase cels for me. 
No money, but I have cels!  Still waiting for some
other cels from AnimeChaos - building a nice
collection already - but still looking for more!
