yeah, I've looked over longingly at the Yahoo
Japan site looking at the cels for sale (and
noticing that most won't sell overseas...).  I
know I could use a deputy service, but I just
can't see spending that much 'extra' for a cel. 
You pay for shipping twice, a service fee, etc. 
Unless there is one that I can't live without
(which for right now is mainly driven by costs), I
don't think I'd bother.  That is unless someone
has 'connections'...
