Well, this is the only cel that I have restored 
from excess paint that actually has a before and 
after picture.  It was actually the third or 
fourth cel where I've had to remove paint from 
the front of a cel that didn't belong there.  
After more minutes than I'd like to admit to and 
several hundred cotton swabs later, this was the 
result.
