I know that at least Read or Die is about to be 
released -- I think the date is next month 
sometime. (Would have to look. I have it on pre-
order.) That might be a good one since it's 
shorter, and the whole 3 episode OVA is being 
released at once on a single DVD. You wouldn't 
have to show "part" of a newer series. (Like with 
Wolf's Rain, which is both only in fansub form 
and fansubbed only to episode 15 so far. I don't 
think it has even finished running in Japan. . . 
But someone else would have to confirm that.)

If you don't mind going with fansubs, Witch 
Hunter Robin might be a good call. It's complete, 
albeit only available via fansub.
