His and Her Circumstances has been licensed for 
quite some time now, it isn't exactly new. If you 
are looking for newer anime from Gainax I'd 
recommend Mahoromatic Season One and Two. Also, 
consider ROD aka Read or Die, FMP aka Full Metal 
Panic, Getbackers, Ninja Scroll TV series, Ghost 
in the Shell - Stand Alone Complex, Gundam Seed, 
and Wolf's Rain. Note, many of these series are 
only in fansub format and are not licensed for 
U.S. distribution.
