The company that made "This is Otakudom" is called 
NoN.D.E. and one of the guys in charge was Scott A 
Melzer (although I believe a woman was the main 
creator).

I believe the other two videos were made by 
different groups.

There are several references to tapes being sold 
in limited quantities at cons at at VCD's being 
available.  (Sorry, no direct links listed.)
