Well, this cel was obtained by me in person from 
reliable soource in Japan, I have seem several 
on YJ in the past, so far I have not seen more 
than 20 of these, it is said to hanken cel used 
in the anime magazines.

If proven otherwise, we will simply give a full 
refund to the buyer for the life time he/she own 
the cel.

While I do collect hanken cels personally, I 
admit my knowledge on production process of 
hanken cels are extremely limited, however if 
you read or have seen some of the Japanese anime 
mags, not all original images inside are larger 
size, or absolute top quality, especially for 
Saiyuki, at one point, there was overwhelming 
amount of original Saiyuki images on all anime 
mags.
