Send it back, cancel the transaction, leave 
negative feedback, and go through the NPB process 
with eBay to get your listing fees back.

I'm rather irritable right now, so if your local 
bank cannot simply, quickly, and free of charge, 
cash the check to your currency, do the above.  
It's what I'd do at this point.

If bidders can't read an auction description, 
then that's their problem.
