I guess it's unreadable when I write "No checks" 
and it's already much to ask of me to change $ to 
€ myself.

So now I'm stuck with cheques (see title) of $60
total and I don't know what to do with them. The 
info line of American Express think they have the 
right to waste my time and money and not connect 
me immediately (or rather, NOT AT ALL!).

So, how can I get CASH for those cheques in 
BELGIUM, and absolutely free of charges/fees and 
efforts? WHY do people send what I forbid to 
send!?

Anyways... I'm unable to think or type in a 
polite or nice manner, nothing personal to you 
guys, don't worry, so please, if you know how to 
get my money free of charge, please, please, tell 
me...
