They don't have a free listing day unfortunately,
but they do have a 50% off listing fees 3-day sale
for all items under $10.00 starting price.  This
evant lasts until Friday.  So you can give them
another day before re-listing it.  
Send them an e-mail first and let them know that
"since you haven't contacted me to confirm the
transaction, then I consider this transaction null
and void and have decided to relist it."  
Then continue with filing NPB after it has been
more than 7 days of no contact.
