I just saw an original drawing by Hayao Miyazaki
from this series that sold for more than 760,000
JPY (equivelent to about $7,200 give or take). 
Now I have never seen this series nor have I even
heard of it before and to see something like this
that sold for as much as a Picasso drawing,
completely blows my mind!!!  Now from what I
understand (and I don't understand much mind
you!), it looks like it came from Studio Gibi
(Hayao Miyazaki was the one who created Princess
Mononoke, right?).  So anything from there would
be extremely expensive, but, this is by far the
most expensive Anime item I have ever seen and I
am really disappointed in myself for never even
hearing of the series after watching Anime for
this long!  So, can anyone give me any information
about this series?
