I've bought from Hobbyshop K a LOT of times, and 
they are very honest, reputable people.

I know you're new at posting, but really if you 
have a question like that - you should email the 
seller first and see what they have to say, 
rather than announce you have doubts about the 
cels that they sell.

Anyway, glad to see where that cel comes from now
