Although I have not dealt with this person before,
but I have seen cels from the same sequence and it
looks very much the same.  

This Sesshoumaru cel is from an Inu Yasha
Commercial, not from TV, which has a different
animation style to it.  I used to wonder the same
thing as you did until someone told me about it.
