Hi,
 yes I have heard that some of the Evangelion 
cels are being released, albiet it slowly/small 
numbers...as there are more appearing on YJ 
these days and the prices have come down a bit 
compared to three/four years ago....although I 
can not say they are all authentic, I think most 
are... on YJ.
