I'm pretty sure that you're right.  I'm thinking 
it's from the opening of Excess where she's 
hanging to the ladder riding on the helicopter. 
I'll check my DVDs tomorrow to confirm it.

By the way, you've got some great cels in your 
gallery besides that Rio. I love the Nene cels 
from Bubblegum crisis.
