Hi all, 

I have had this cel for a number of years, 
actually it was my first ever cel, anyway I was 
never really sure where it came from (which 
series) as I had only seen the Burnup W series at 
a public screening (ie I didn't own the DVD). 
Anyway recently I bought the DVD for both Burnup 
W and Excess and to my surprise I think this is a 
cel from the opening of Burnup Excess? Can anyone 
confirm this? I think it is from the section 
where Rio is holding onto the ladder from the 
helicopter? (I always assumed that she was simply 
waving to someone????) Anyway its a great cel, a 
key end cel and by the looks of it an opening cel 
too!
