It's true, they don't update cels anymore really. 
The reason being, they are not a cel dealer. They 
are an Anime Goods dealer that occasionally has 
cels. With cels becoming harder to find and more 
expensive to buy, I'm not surprised that they 
don't update anymore. Their main source of income 
is in selling hard to find DVD's and Anime merch.
