still update with NEW cels anymore? I've been 
watching their supposed updates for well over two 
years and as far as I can tell, they do not 
update any new cel inventory! Minor pet peeve 
considering whenever keep-track use to note RAC 
updated, there wasn't anything for cels. Oh if 
you browse the links for the various titles, it's 
really discouraging b/c there practically isn't 
anything there! Geez. Are my observation 
inaccurate? Or does anyone also find this 
slighting saddening & annoying at the sametime?
