the thread on deadbeat bidders just reminded me 
that it might be helpful for me to ask..

i paid for a rather pricy cel through 
installments and with the last payment, the 
seller emailed me that he would send the cel as 
soon as he received the payment. however, it's 
been 3 months, during which i've been sending him 
an email every two-three weeks but i haven't 
heard *anything* from him at all... ;__;

is there anything i can do to get my money or the 
cel (the latter of which i would vastly prefer!) ?

anyhelp would be appreciated!!
