"What's so bad about the response?"
How about the fact that it didn't have to be made
in the first place? Did I ask for a link to an
old thread? No. Wow, I actually thought you would
understand that. And what was so bad about my
response? I'm only saying what so many others on
this board have been saying for months.
And why are people coming out of the woodwork to
defend this person when they don't even know who
it is? I have been a member of this forum for
over two years now and I don't have a record of
blowing my top on a regular basis(although I did
make a mistake now and then). So, can you at
least put yourself in my position for a moment
and see that I might actually consider that post
to be rude. It doesn't matter how you perceive it
because it was not directed at you. To me, it was
a nice big "FU" from a John Doe poster. I like
you and I have admired your gallery for years, so
please don't take this as an attack. I am just
trying to illustrate the fact that the post I
wrote was not some random "blow my top for no
reason" post. There was a mixture thought and
anger behind it and I had every reason to write
it.
To end this, I'll quote someone one this board
that I have a great deal of respect for and is
never afraid to speak her mind...
"C'mon, folks, if you're too scared to post
something under your own name, it probably doesn't
need to be posted. :P You're obviously ashamed
of it anyway, or you'd sign to it. Why post?" |
