At my school the teachers use overhead 
transparencies and they are able to run them 
through a copier, i don't know how well this 
would work for fan-celing though, i know that 
copier ink is waterproof, but as someone said 
before, it sometimes flakes, but if you put 
paint over it, that might not matter much.
