i've never known a fan cel artist to end a fan 
cel auction early because of the price, but it's 
possible.  i'd have to agree that he probably 
got a private offer, tho.

personally, i think that when someone ends an 
auction the high bidder or any bidders tend to 
get upset.  i know that if i was bidding on a 
wishlist cel and someone ended the auction 
early, i'd be mad and probably less likely to 
deal with them in the future for fear that they 
would end the auction early again.  maybe that's 
stupid, but it's how i'd feel about it.
