Well if you look at their feedback the only 2
things that they have sold are fancels.  They
never stated that the Cowboy Bebop cel was a
fancel, I think that they hoped that no one would
notice.  Their entire description seems like it is
geared to maybe the people who don't know a lot
about cels.
