I have seen American Cel art in a few places, but
as you have said it is really expensive.  Most of
the stuff I have seen has been from Batman and
Superman.  I think that American Cels are bought
by a different type of collector than the Anime
cels.  Also the types of places that sell them
seem to be more interested in profit than helping
people out...
