I was wondering how the availability of cels is
effected once a series gets aired on Cartoon
Network?  I was talking to some people who said
that sometimes more cels become available from the
series once it begins to air, but the prices
generally go up a lot.  I am wondering this
because they are going to begin to air Blue Gender
on Adult Swim on Aug. 4.
