Sorry about your cel :_(  I don't know much 
about keep prices but it sounds like an evil 
reserve to me!  I HATE those.  But at least you 
know what the reserve IS.  I've run across 
sellers who won't tell me! (I guess they want 
you to jack the price up with a futile bid or 
something.)

Yeah, boy I almost fell out of my seat when I 
saw those gorgeous Sesshomaru cels at Anime 
Museum. *sigh* I knew I wouldn't be able to 
afford them without even looking at the price.

That's the problem with collecting the pretty 
ones...
