Actually, last year at Otakon Kawamoto was there, and went 
to his autograph session hoping for a sketch. However, 
time was so tight that everyone in line didn't even get in for 
autographs, let alone sketches. A con representative 
expressedly told the group in line not to ask for a sketch, 
and after a while they stopped even doing personalized 
autographs. This year, maybe they'll change things around 
and at least some con-goers will get sketches, perhaps 
using a lottery system.
