so why is it a problem now? I'm sure if ANYONE 
would have said something to this seller then, it 
probably would not have been reposted with this 
title.  I think if it was me and no one said 
anything to me the first time (and I've seen 
other titles much like this one) then I wouldn't 
think twice before doing it.
