Hey guys,

I'm extremely new to the cel collecting world 
and I had a question: basically, is there some 
sort of rule of thumb as to whether a signature 
on a production cel increases or decreases the 
value of it? I know signing a basecard can 
decrease its value, as with comics, but was 
unsure about cels.

I imagine it would depend on the signature, as 
well as the cel...like signing a Key Cel would 
probably decrease its value but signing a B4 for 
example would probably increase it, but I 
figured I'd ask anyway.
