Just get the Aya cel with the copy background.

I think even having a copy of the original 
background would sway me one way or 
another...Even if it is *ONLY* a $150 difference.

Having a Key Cel would also make me tend to lean 
more in it's direction.  Having the matching 
sketch just depends on your 
preference...But...For me at least...Having a 
background with a cel like that would make all 
the difference in my decision making!

And...It's not a good idea to back out of deals 
you've made...Places have Blacklists, and dealers 
can circulate your name to other dealers^^'!
