It's a copy of the oroignal background.  The
original back ground was digitally made with
lights in the background.  So I don't think one
like that existed.
I never plan to sell this cel.  So the sketch
wouldn't be TOO much of a difference to me, but I
always take into account the fact that if
emergency arises and I need money fast, that I
would be able to turn around and get back most of
what I paid for.
The KEY cel and the other cel are perfect portrait
shots from the opening which features the most
popular character of the series.  So there is no
difference between them.
I wish I could buy both, but these are $700+ cels.
