Thanks for the tip!  Actually, this is just the
start of the cel and I was trying to fill in the
SUPER TINY places like the pupils of the eyes and
I accidently put in too much eye-liner!  What if I
just paint in over the top of the cel to over the
small peice of extra black?  Would that work or
just make it worse?
