That's fine ^^ and yeah sometimes ebay 
frustraiting that way.

I think the reason that some US sellers may not 
want to ship to Canada is because every so often 
Customs Canada gets their grubby little hands on 
cels/packages/et al and will charge a customs 
fee or an import fee (usually GST (maybe PST too 
o.O; Alberta doesn't have PST so I wouldn't 
know) plus $7.00 for customs handling).  I can 
see some folks getting upset about that and 
ragging on the seller (which is unfair, because 
there's nothing the seller can do about it).  
^^;; I know I was INFURIATED the first time it 
happened to me, because it was about $20 on top 
of everything.  

I've also heard of bidders/sellers whose 
packages have taken an -excessive- amount of 
time to get to it's Canadian destination.  That 
sort of thing scares people off from shipping up 
here... one bad experiance and bleh =/ oh well.

So yeah o_o; that's my best guess *shrugs* :D 
hope custom's doesn't bite ya.
