o_O who exactly are you refering to when you say 
that they don't ship to Canada?  Animanga (I'd 
assume... since this is the Animanga board o.o)?  

Yann ships to Canada ^^; I live in Canada and 
have ordered from him before (and he has Canadian 
shipping info).  Infact, with the exception of 
some Japanese companies (who take MO only) o_O I 
can't think of a dealer who -doesn't- ship to 
Canada... because I think I've bought from most 
everyone at some point in time ^^;;.

The only reason some Japanese places don't ship 
to Canada is because we can't pay them ( because 
Canadian MO's don't say "International" on them )

If you ask most sellers on ebay, they'll ship to 
Canada.  If someone doesn't respond ^^; then 
their answer is no.
