Well, after seeing what everybody posts i agree 
with several of the things of the different 
posters.

It's true that Pirotess cels are very rare (more 
diffult to find than Deedlit), not in vain i have 
been looking for these 2 characters for a lot of 
time (good high end cels). Good Lodoss cels are 
extremely rare and quite expensive. I don't have 
any cel from the OVA and i'm almost sure that if 
i find one that would be the only one, so i want 
to make sure that i pick the right one.

The problem with this cel is mainly the line 
fading. The bigger scan confirms what most of us 
were thinking with the previous scan, the cel 
seems heavily deteriorated. Also (but this is of 
course a personal opinion) the image of Pirotess 
on this cel doesn't resemble the "image on my 
mind" of Pirotess, maybe the line fading is 
contributing to this, i wonder how would this cel 
look if the condition was mint.

Don't know if i could recommend you to post this 
cel on ebay. Don't want to argue about the price 
you can ask for but since quite a time ago people 
on ebay don't seem to be willing to pay high 
amounts of money for cels. They are used to see 
cheap low end cels and when they see an expensive 
one they cannot believe that a cel can arrive to 
that price. The last time i sold an "expensive" 
cel on ebay i got more than one e-mail asking 
things like "Can you tell me what makes this 
particular cel worth the price you ask for?", 
some of this questions were asked politely.... 
and some not....

Oh well, i can only wish you good luck if you 
decide to post it on ebay.
