Well, believe it or not, Noir cels from ep 24, 25
& 26 are the ones that pop up more often on Yahoo
Japan, at least lately, though almost never they
are as good as the ones you put an example in the
screenshots.

Right now there are several of them posted on
yahoo japan. Even there's a Chloe one that seems
to be from the same sequence of the upper left
screenshot on your page (without the dagger though).

Noir cels also pop up on ebay from time to time,
even their price is sometimes inflated if you
compare it with the ones on yahoo japan. You just
missed a very nice Kirika one from ep 26 there but
it was an expensive one ($450 and the price was
not inflated, i can tell as i was the seller ^__^)

Some of the cels on your screenshot page will for
sure be hard to find as they are "the ones" that
everybody wants.... For example, that one of
Kirika and Mireille holding their guns from ep 26 ^__^
