I've been watching the Noir cels for a while (and
collecting a few when I can :) and I think the
only ones I've seen have been the sequence of
Chloe and Kirika that is the right most on your
first row.  I don't know about the Mireille layer.
 It appeared to be a set of a lot of them from
that sequence.

There have been many from those episodes though. 
Maybe they'll pop up.

As for a pair of hands being high on your
wishlist... I have quite a few hand/hands cels
from other series that I would love to have
myself!  There are also a couple chin shots and
other random angles and objects!
