But not international.  Where I'm working now 
(RudyToys on ebay), deals in used, wholesale, and 
closeout toys.  One of the stories told to me was 
something like yours.  There was this well-packed 
set of toys (I think they were trains of some 
sort), and somewhere along the way, the USPS put 
a forklife not over, but THROUGH this rather 
large box.  And not just on the top or the 
bottom, but in the very middle, like they were 
aiming for it.  So the customer recieved the 
package with two gaping forklift holes in the 
middle X_X
