"Do not bend" doesn't relieve the sender from
the responsibility of packing properly, though.
Twice I've had cels packed with 1 almost-cel-
sized piece of cardboard, in an envelope.. this
is not proper cel protection, and both came
bent. One can write DO NOT BEND till the cows
come home LOL - until machines and bins can read
English, and they carefully place these items
onto feather beds for protection, this phrase
doesn't really mean anything. It's not hard to
pack cels securely - one can get completely free
materials from the post office to do this, too.
I hate to have to ask sellers to "pack securely"
now..especially fellow collectors.. this should
be common sense and I feel like I am insulting
them :( |
